After landing in Hokkaido, we kicked off our @omakase.tours adventure at Bibai Snow Land Park. A hearty hotpot lunch warmed us up before we headed to the Furano Cheese Factory to sample their delicious cheeses.
Next, we explored the Furano ski area and the picturesque Ningle Terrace, a charming spot filled with artisan and craft shops.
Our first day in this @omakase.tours winter wonderland was nothing short of amazing! Now, it’s time to head back to the hotel for some hot cocoa and rest before Day 2.

What started out as an “all girls” trip (plus me, saling pusa) to bond with my sister Cindy before her milestone birthday became a Tokyo trip like no other.
The usual Tokyo trip is a non stop restaurant and shop hop but what I realized early on in this trip is that when you have someone like @happyongpauco_tiu who knows her food and where to get the best of everything in this city, all you need is good company and a great appetite, (which all of us had,!) not just for Happy’s many generous surprises, but for each other. And each other we had.
There’s @azucar.as the shopping enabler in a group that didn’t need much enabling, @cuysimps whose knowledge of wine and crazy antics brought my nights to different heights and my youngest sister @miygo888 whose caring ways are always a sure “thumbs up” (inside joke😜). The past few days with them was a masterclass in modern motherhood and sassy sisterhood—of women uplifting other women and just letting each other be, no judgment or jealousy—just joy of being in the moment.
Took these women in Tokyo to teach me that.
